By accessing or using Dexaroo, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Service description

Dexaroo is an unofficial Pokémon fan project that lets you:

• Track your Ultimate Pokédex and collection progress
• Earn and view achievements
• Compare your progress on a leaderboard (account required)
• Maintain a public trainer profile (account required)
• Read the public changelog for product updates
• Contact us with questions or feedback
• Optionally subscribe to Premium for additional features

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old, or have parental consent, to use Dexaroo
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
• You may maintain only one account per person unless we approve otherwise

5. Account and security

• Usernames must be 3–20 characters and may contain letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens
• Email verification is required to access core authenticated features
• Unconfirmed accounts receive a reminder email after 1 day and are deleted after 7 days without confirmation
• Passwords must meet the security requirements shown during registration and password changes
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account

6. Free features

Free accounts include National Pokédex tracking, achievements, basic leaderboard tabs (National Dex, achievements, monthly catches, and generation progress), public trainer profiles, basic profile customization, total collection market value, market prices on card detail pages, trade tools with card limits, Card Scanner with 3 scans per day, spreadsheet Pokédex import, and contact options. Premium features require a paid or complimentary premium subscription.

7. Premium subscription

• Premium is available as a monthly (€2,99/month) or yearly (€29,99/year) subscription
• Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Checkout
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal when billed through Stripe
• Administrators may grant complimentary premium access for a limited period
• When premium expires, premium-only settings and features may be removed or reset automatically

Premium features include unlimited cards per Pokémon, price history charts, advanced My cards filters, extended leaderboard rankings (TCG cards and collection value), unlimited card scanning, unlimited Fair Trade cards, marketplace link preferences, golden username styling, a leaderboard achievement badge, exclusive profile colors, generation progress on profiles, optional private trainer profiles, hiding your collection market value, TCG card spreadsheet import, collection export, and related customization or privacy controls.

8. User content

When you submit contact messages or other content:

• You must not submit illegal, abusive, misleading, or spam content
• You retain ownership of your submissions, but grant us a licence to display, moderate, and use them to operate the service

9. Public profiles and leaderboard

By using Dexaroo, you understand that your username, avatar, and collection statistics may be visible to other users through trainer profiles and the leaderboard.

A private trainer profile (premium feature) prevents guests from viewing your profile page, but your username and collection statistics may still appear on the leaderboard to logged-in users.

10. Intellectual property

Pokémon and all related names, characters, and images are trademarks of their respective owners. Dexaroo is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.

All used texts, names, and images belong to their rightful owners. Beweso is not responsible for third-party content or trademarks.

The Dexaroo name, branding, and original service content remain the property of the operator, except where third-party rights apply.

11. Prohibited use

You must not:

• Use Dexaroo for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or premium access controls
• Scrape, overload, or disrupt the service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious files or abusive content

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Dexaroo available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, pricing, and content may change at any time.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Dexaroo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dexaroo.

14. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service
• You may delete your account at any time from your settings
• If you have an active Stripe subscription, cancel it through the billing portal before deleting your account

15. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
